This place suits me perfectly! It offers free parking, an indoor pool, and a fitness center. On my first visit, the staff gave great directions for attractions. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay. I'm coming back soon!

Very Rustic and near to everything in Banff. Stayed in a Loft Room which was very spacious, clean and nice for a family with young child. Kitchen facility if needed. Stayed here 14 years ago and went back as liked it so much before on previous visit to Banff!

Truly enjoyed our exceptionally large rooms.
It was a BRILLIANT place, had very kind staff at the reception desk. The room was very great, exceptionally comfortable bed. The views of the mountains were awesome. The location was great because it was close to the market, and the best restaurants. There was an in-house restaurant nearby. The breakfast was hearty and quick, the check in was early.

It was very clean, and the food was very good. We had an excellent waiter during the breakfast hour.
Our room overlooked the indoor pool, and it was a dark room. Other rooms were available, but we did not know about them when we checked in. The hotel was not crowded.

Impressive fireplace in the lobby and helpful staff at the front desk created a welcoming environment.
The restaurant was understaffed for Sunday breakfast detracted from the enjoyment of the stay.

We had a lovely room with balcony, en-suite and a huge (7 ft wide) king size bed with very comfortable mattress and pillows. We can't fault anything about our 3-night stay, the staff were more than friendly and helpful and everything was 100% acceptable and pleasant. We had breakfast in the leased dining room and this too was very acceptable. Overall it really exceeded my expectations and I would have no hesitation in going back there if I was fortunate enough to visit Banff again.
The hotel's location couldn't be classified as central, it's a good 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of Banff but is still on the main drag. There's a bus stop less than 100m from the door and we only used this one particularly cold night - cost 2 dollars per trip. Otherwise it's a pleasant walk into the centre of Banff and I could see the advantage of being a little away from the pubs etc had we visited in peak season.

No bells, no whistles, just facts
This hotel provides a comfortable setting with spacious rooms and satisfying amenities like an underground parking garage. The pool and hot tub are nice additions after a day of exploration. The location is ideal, just on the edge of the busy parts of town.

I liked how nice all the staff were. They make your hotel what it is.
The fact that the hotel cost us $933 for 3 nights, when we could have stayed at a nicer hotel (Rimrock) for 820 for the 3 nights. The food at Rundlestone was horrible, and there is no room service or charging to our room available.

We liked the staff. The front desk was always helpful and the bar staff was excellent to deal with.
The knock on the door by house keeping at 8:30 in the morning. I didn't leave the do not disturb sign out so in a way it is my fault. Also the hotel was empty it would have been a nice gesture to upgrade us as we were one of the only couples there.

We were impressed with the excellent service and the comfortable layout of the hotel room. The hotel pool was large and the hot tub was relaxing after a day of activities in the mountains.

For us we like the location. Even though it is a few blocks walk to downtown it's far enough away to be able to enjoy peace and quiet but close enough to walk to anywhere we would like to go.
I wished our room had a small fridge just so we could keep a few snack items cold. I did like the fact that the sink was outside the bathroom which made getting ready in the morning a lot easier.

The Loft Suite King was super comfy, with a huge bed that felt just right after a long day. The room was quiet, nice. It had all the basics and even nice little touches like good hand soap. The room felt spacious, but didn't have much of a view since we were on the first floor. It was a cozy spot to unwind after our adventures in Banff.
